The Barrie real estate market has seen exciting changes this November. Compared to the same time last year, the average selling price rose by 5.8%, while new listings increased by 9.5%. Homes are moving quickly, with properties sold up an impressive 55.6%. Active listings climbed by 30.9%, giving buyers more options.
The sales-to-new-listing ratio improved significantly to 46.7, reflecting a more balanced market. Though homes stayed on the market slightly longer (34 days compared to 27 last year), inventory levels tightened to 3.8 months, down from 4.5.
